MPA is a multidisciplinary collective of Architects, Master planners, and Technology Leaders built for one mission: solving complex urban challenges with clarity, speed, and accountability. With deep global experience and strong MENA-region fluency, we deliver award-winning work across giga-scale masterplans, flagship mixed-use destinations, retail environments, and luxury hospitality developments where design ambition must translate into real-world results.
Operating through a high-agility Lead Integrator Model, MPA brings together global engineering expertise and boutique-level accountability into one coordinated platform, ensuring clarity, control, and continuity from concept through operational delivery. We partner with governments, policymakers, and private-sector leaders to deliver future urban developments that are financially sound, technically executable, and operationally robust, leveraging Digital Twin Models and AI-driven Design & Delivery to reduce risk, optimize land use, and drive performance across economic, operational, and experiential outcomes.
Since 2022, MPA has contributed to The World 2050 Project, a forward-looking initiative exploring the future of sustainable and resilient cities. Through this collaboration, we engage with emerging global challenges and opportunities, helping shape long-term urban strategies that align design innovation with environmental, social, and economic transformation.

Envisioning Sustainable Cities of the Future
The World 2050 Project is a forward-looking initiative exploring the future of cities in an era of rapid global transformation. It brings together architects, planners, and innovators to examine the forces shaping urban life over the coming decades. As urban populations continue to grow and global challenges intensify, the project focuses on advancing more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable urban models, addressing the environmental, social, and economic realities that will define the next generation of cities.
More than a vision, it is a platform for action, aligning design, technology, and policy to shape the trajectory of cities toward 2050 and beyond.
